Last updated: October 2026

1. Operator & scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the MRSÉY online shop at mrsey.com, operated by:

MRSÉY AG
Zürcherstrasse 242
8500 Frauenfeld
Switzerland
Email: info@mrsey.com

MRSÉY is a brand of Relate Brand Group (relate.ch). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full. Customer service is available by email only, in German and English.

2. Products

MRSÉY designs and sells high-quality vegan leather accessories, including iPhone cases with crossbody straps, pouches, bags, AirPods cases, charms and related accessories. All products are designed in Switzerland and handmade from high-quality vegan PU leather. No animals are harmed in production.

All items listed in the shop are generally available for immediate delivery. Items that are out of stock are removed or marked accordingly. Product descriptions, images and colours are for guidance only; actual colours may differ slightly from how they appear on screen.

3. Orders & conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. All offers in the shop are non-binding until confirmed. MRSÉY reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in exceptional cases.

4. Prices & currency

Prices for Swiss customers are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices for EU customers are shown in euros (EUR). All prices include statutory VAT. MRSÉY reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment

All payments are processed using secure (https) encryption. The following payment methods are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL / Wero, Union Pay and USDC.

Pay by invoice (POWERPAY): As an external payment provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “pay by invoice” payment method. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the payment process. By choosing this payment method, the customer also accepts the POWERPAY terms and conditions, available at powerpay.ch/de/agb.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Germany. Orders received by 2 pm on working days leave the warehouse the same day. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation is sent by email.

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.

7. Right of return & right of withdrawal

Customers can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For consumers resident in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal applies as set out in the withdrawal notice in our return policy. For customers in Switzerland, MRSÉY grants this right of return voluntarily on the same terms.

We ask customers to register returns in advance in the returns centre at mrsey.myreturnscenter.com and to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that the return can be matched to the order. Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories where possible. The customer is only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect them.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, except for defective or incorrectly delivered goods. MRSÉY refunds the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the return notice, including the standard shipping costs if the entire order is returned. MRSÉY may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of return.

8. Defects & statutory warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies. Defects, transport damage, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be reported to info@mrsey.com as soon as possible after discovery, with the order number and, if possible, a photo. Customers in Switzerland must report defects immediately after discovering them in accordance with Art. 201 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. For consumers in the EU, late notification does not result in the loss of their statutory warranty rights.

If an item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced at the customer’s choice, where provided for by law; if this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded or reduced. MRSÉY bears the cost of returning defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

9. Guarantee

In addition to the statutory warranty, MRSÉY grants a worldwide guarantee of 2 years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a guarantee claim applies, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge; if this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded. Excluded is damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or care, force or accidents, as well as loss and theft. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice or receipt) is required to make a claim; guarantee claims must be reported to info@mrsey.com. This guarantee does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.

10. Liability

MRSÉY is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and liability under applicable product liability laws remain unaffected in all cases. Towards consumers in the EU, MRSÉY’s liability for slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Intellectual property

All content, images, designs and files on mrsey.com are the exclusive property of MRSÉY AG or the respective rights holders. Reproduction of any elements requires prior written consent. MRSÉY is a registered trademark. iPhone is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. MRSÉY is not affiliated with or sponsored by Apple Inc. The products offered by MRSÉY are patented.

12. Data protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the MRSÉY privacy policy, available at mrsey.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and fully effective. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original meaning and purpose.

14. Changes

MRSÉY reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of each order applies to that order.

15. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers habitually resident in the EU, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they are habitually resident. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law; mandatory places of jurisdiction in favour of consumers remain reserved.
