7. Payment Processing
Klarna (Germany & EU)
For customers in Germany and other EU countries, we offer invoice and instalment payment options via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. To offer these payment options, we transmit relevant personal data (contact details, order data) to Klarna for the purpose of identity and credit assessment. Klarna processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at klarna.com/de/datenschutz.
POWERPAY (Switzerland)
For Swiss customers, invoice payment is offered via MF Group / POWERPAY. Upon conclusion of a purchase, the receivable is transferred to POWERPAY, which then handles payment processing. Data is shared with POWERPAY to the extent necessary to assess eligibility and process payments. POWERPAY's privacy policy is available at powerpay.ch/de/datenschutz.
Legal basis for both: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract.

Google processes this data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Data transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
