Can I find MRSÉY in retail?

Can I amend my order?

In order to guarantee express delivery, we begin processing your order as soon as you’ve received your order confirmation. This means that amendments through our website are not possible. But don’t worry if you’ve made a mistake with your order. You can of course exchange your order by registering your return via https://mrsey.returnscenter.com/.

Where are you based?

MRSÉY is based in the charming metropolis of Zurich, Switzerland.

How can I make a complaint?

If you’re unhappy about anything we’ll want to hear all about it! Get in touch here and we’ll work hard to get back to you immediately. Thanks a million for your constructive feedback.

What smart phones are MRSÉY cases available for?

Our phone cases are available for all recent iPhone models. Some colours however are available for selected models only.

Are your straps and chains adjustable?

Our straps feature an elegant buckle, allowing you to adjust their length between 110 and 130 cm.

Our chains however cannot be adjusted, as this would disrupt their design.

For aesthetic reasons, we only produce the carrying chains in a very proven one-size.

What are your cases made from?

All of our cases and other leather accessories are made from 100% vegan PU leather. Their hardware (buckles, hooks, eyelets) is made from gold-plated metal. 

How should I clean my MRSÉY accessories?

Our vegan leather is water- and dirt resistant, which makes it very easy to look after. But if your case ever gets dirty, you can simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Switzerland:
For orders over CHF 110.-, express shipping is free of charge.

For orders totalling up to CHF 110.-, you pay CHF 9.90.

Germany & Austria:
For orders over €100.-, express shipping is free of charge.


For orders totalling up to € 100.-, you pay €4.90.

Rest of EU:
For orders over €100.-, express shipping is free of charge.

For orders totalling up to € 100.-, you pay €6.90.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our whole range to all EU countries. 

Can I return my product if I'm not satisfied?

Of course. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you can return your products in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • All returns must be registered via https://mrsey.returnscenter.com to ensure we’re able to refund you in full.
  • We only accept unused products in original packaging and with all accessories included.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Please ensure you enclose a copy of your order confirmation or invoice so that we can match your return to you.
  • It can take up to 14 days for us to process your return.
I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that, so let’s make it right. Please register your return at https://mrsey.returnscenter.com. You can then return your item to us in its original packaging. Once we have received it, we will of course refund your shipping costs.

What payment options do you offer?

You can place your order on account or pay via Visa, Paypal, Amex, Klarna, MasterCard, Twist or PostFinance.

Can I order on account?

Yes! Simply fill in your billing address at checkout

I have not received my refund yet. How long does it take?

Once you have returned your product via returns centre, we can refund you in full after receiving the goods. If you have not heard from us after 7 days, you can contact us here. To speed things up, please state your order number.

Warranty

What does your 2-year warranty cover?

We want to give you peace of mind and ensure that you are happy with your MRSÉY for as long as possible. That’s why we guarantee a lifespan of 2 years. If your products should show any defects within this time, you will be able to exchange them free of charge. 

Please bear in mind that while this covers general quality issues, we cannot be held responsible for the following scenarios, which will void our warranty: reasonable wear and tear, damage caused by you, alterations made, theft, loss, fire damage, or damage caused by not adhering to our care instructions.

Was fällt nicht unter die Garantie?

Die zweijährige Garantie aller MRSÉY-Produkte umfasst einen kostenlosen Ersatz bei einem Qualitätsmangel unsererseits. Falls das Produkt jedoch durch den normalenVerschleiss, Eigenbeschädigung oder Alterung beschädigt wurde, entfällt die Garantie. Auch entfällt die gesetzliche Garantie unserer Produkte, bei Nichtbeachtung derPflegehinweise, Verlust, Diebstahl, oder aufgrund eines Brandes.

Are you looking for collaborations?

Yes, we are so happy about your interest in working together! In order to set up a mutually successful collaboration, we are looking for accounts with at least 3000 followers as well as a high engagement rate. If you meet these requirements, we look forward to hearing from you via email or on Instagram.

What information should the collaboration request include?

The following information will be really helpful when submitting your request:

  • General information about yourself and your Instagram account
  • Why you would like to work with MRSÉY 
  • How you would like to collaborate
  • What other brands you have worked with
  • Your iPhone model, preferred design and shipping address

When we process your request, we will look at your account with the help of a tool. Once your request has been successful, we will get in touch with you.
