Returns, Withdrawal & Warranty

14-day returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them without giving any reason. This applies to all orders, whether you live in Switzerland or in the EU. Customers in the EU are also covered by the statutory withdrawal notice below.

How to return an item

1. Register your return in our returns centre: mrsey.myreturnscenter.com. This helps us match your return to your order quickly. You can also tell us about your return by email at info@mrsey.com.
2. Send the items to the return address shown in the returns centre. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
3. Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Please return the items in their original packaging with all accessories where possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect them.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of returning the items. If an item is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return costs (see “Defects & warranty”).

Refunds

We refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your return notice. If you return the entire order, we also refund the original standard shipping costs (but not any surcharge for express shipping). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown us that you sent them back, for example with your proof of postage. We refund using the payment method you paid with.

Defects & warranty

Statutory warranty: All products are covered by the statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery.

2-year MRSÉY guarantee: In addition, we guarantee worldwide for 2 years from delivery that your MRSÉY products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a guarantee claim applies, we repair or replace the item free of charge. If that is not possible, we refund the purchase price. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or care, accidental damage, loss or theft. To make a claim, we need proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.

How to report a defect: Please email us at info@mrsey.com as soon as possible after you discover the defect, with your order number and a photo. We will get back to you with the next steps. We cover the cost of returning defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Withdrawal notice (for consumers resident in the EU)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MRSÉY AG, Zürcherstrasse 242, 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland, email: info@mrsey.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare your withdrawal via our returns centre at mrsey.myreturnscenter.com. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to the return address shown in our returns centre, or that we provide on request, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
