Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Orders received by 2 pm on working days leave the warehouse the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
CHF 9.90, free for orders of CHF 110 or more
Germany:
€ 4.90 (standard), free for orders of € 100 or more
Express shipping: € 6.90
Austria:
€ 4.90, free for orders of € 100 or more
Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg:
€ 6.90, free for orders of € 100 or more
Other European countries:
€ 9.90, free for orders of € 100 or more
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for your country is shown on the product page and at checkout. Public holidays extend the delivery time accordingly.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them without giving any reason.
How it works
- Register your return in our returns centre: mrsey.myreturnscenter.com
- Send the items to the return address shown there and enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
- Keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
Please return the items in their original packaging with all accessories where possible.
Costs
You pay the cost of returning the items. If an item is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return costs.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after we receive your return notice, using the payment method you paid with. If you return the entire order, we also refund the standard shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until the goods have reached us or you have shown us that you sent them, for example with your proof of postage.
Defects & warranty
All MRSÉY products come with a 2-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to the 2-year statutory warranty. If something is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us as soon as possible at info@mrsey.com with your order number and a photo. We will repair or replace the item free of charge or refund the purchase price.
