Shipment

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been handed over to the transport company.

Switzerland:
Shipping costs up to an order value of CHF 110.- are CHF 9.90.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 110.-.

Germany & Austria:
 Shipping costs up to an order value of € 100.- are €4.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Rest of the EU countries:
 Shipping costs up to an order value of € 100.- are €6.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Switzerland:
Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will arrive within three working days. Orders placed after 10am will take four working days. If there are public holidays in between, the delivery time will be extended by the number of public holidays.

Germany & Austria:
 Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 p.m. will arrive within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will take 2-3 working days. If there are public holidays in between, the shipping time will be extended by the number of public holidays.

Rest of the EU countries:
 Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 p.m. will arrive within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will take 3-4 working days. If there are public holidays in between, the shipping time will be extended by the number of public holidays.

right of return

If you do not like the ordered goods or if there are quality defects, you can return them in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

Cost

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

    • Returns may only be processed through our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com .
    • If you return an item without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
    • We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
    • The original packaging must not be damaged.
    • Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily assign your return to the order you placed.

    • Processing the return can take up to 14 days.
