1. Operator & Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the MRSÉY online shop at mrsey.com, operated by:

MRSÉY is a brand of the Relate Brand Group (relate.ch). By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in full. Customer service is available exclusively by email in German and English.
2. Products
MRSÉY designs and sells premium vegan leather accessories, including iPhone cases with crossbody straps, pouches, bags, AirPods cases, charms, and related accessories. All products are designed in Switzerland and handcrafted from high-quality vegan PU leather. No animals are harmed in the production process.
All items listed in the shop are generally available immediately. Items that are out of stock will be removed or marked accordingly. Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided for guidance; actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.
3. Ordering & Contract
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation by email. All offers in the shop are non-binding until confirmed. MRSÉY reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances.
4. Prices & Currency
Prices for Swiss customers are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices for EU customers are displayed in Euros (EUR). All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. MRSÉY reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Payment
All payments are processed via secure (https) encryption. The following payment methods are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL / Wero, Union Pay, and USDC.
Purchase by Invoice (POWERPAY): As an external payment provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the option to pay by invoice. Upon conclusion of the purchase, POWERPAY assumes the receivable and handles the payment process. By selecting this option, the customer also agrees to POWERPAY's GTC, available at powerpay.ch/en/agb.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Germany. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days leave the warehouse the same day. A dispatch confirmation is sent by email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are as follows:
Switzerland: CHF 9.90 — free from CHF 110.00
Germany & Austria: €4.90 — free from €100.00
Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg: €6.90 — free from €100.00
Rest of EU: €9.90 — free from €100.00
Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 1–3 business days.
7. Right of Return
Customers may return goods within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. The original packaging must not be damaged.

Returns submitted without prior registration cannot be guaranteed a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice with your return so it can be matched to the original order.
8. Complaints
Any complaints regarding defects, incomplete delivery, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing to info@mrsey.com within 10 days of the invoice date.
9. Warranty
MRSÉY offers a lifetime warranty on all products against manufacturing defects, provided the damage is not the result of force, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to make a warranty claim. Please retain your invoice.
10. Liability
MRSÉY accepts no liability for material or personal damage arising from the use of its products or information. All products are used at the customer's own risk. MRSÉY is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or consequential damage. The customer assumes full liability for items during return shipment.
Claims for damages arising from errors in product images, descriptions, or prices, or from delayed or failed delivery, are excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and files on mrsey.com are the exclusive property of MRSÉY AG or their respective rights holders. Reproduction of any element requires prior written consent. MRSÉY is a registered trademark. iPhone is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. MRSÉY is not affiliated with or sponsored by Apple Inc. MRSÉY products are patented.
12. Data Protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with MRSÉY's Privacy Policy, available at mrsey.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by a legally valid regulation that most closely reflects the original intent.
14. Amendments
MRSÉY reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version in effect at the time of each order shall apply.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
