Follow MRSÉY to Paris...

Ernest Hemingway once said about Paris: “Wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.”
Although it is no longer one of the main centers of artistic creation, Paris' charm has never faded. The city that is home to artists remains enchanting and mysterious.
Hi, I'm Maren and I'll take you to the city of love!

Through the picturesque streets of Paris

Paris is not only known for its many sights: the dreamy alleys with the many cafés and the scent of fresh pastries give the city on the Seine a special charm.
One of my favorite districts in the city is undoubtedly Montmartre. The main attractions of the district are the artists' square Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica. I can spend hours wandering around here and letting myself be enchanted by its unique charm.
The Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre pilgrimage church has been enthroned at the top of Montmartre since 1914. On the one hand, it is the incomparable location, and on the other, the brilliant white of the basilica with its five domes that attracts attention. The Sacré-Cœur owes its brilliant white to the special limestone that releases calcite due to the weather conditions and thus takes on a special white over time. The church literally shines in the sun. From up here, you have a magnificent view of the whole of Paris. If you want to avoid the stairs (237 steps), you can take the cable car up.

In the cozy café

With a heart full of impressions, I now head to the Seine. On the way there, I got a little hungry. So I strolled through the picturesque streets of Paris and noticed this lovingly run café. It is called "La Bossue" and is located about 500 meters from Montmartre. Although I hadn't made a reservation, I was lucky enough to get a table. I felt comfortable in this homely atmosphere. You can choose between two starters and two desserts. Great cakes, muffins, brioche - everything looks first-class and is freshly prepared, tastes delicious and the homemade cinnamon rolls are amazing! Clearly strengthened, I set off.

Boating on the Seine
If there is one thing that cannot be missed in Paris, it is a cruise on the Seine. The most notable sights of the city pass before the delighted eyes of the passengers: from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower. I chose one of the famous Bateaux Mouches boats. If you want, you can treat yourself to a traditional French meal on the boat. To capture the magic of the nighttime lights, I took the trip in the evening and was overwhelmed. An impressive experience!

The Louvre

I saved the Louvre for the next day. Once you arrive in Paris, you can't avoid the largest museum in the world. It is well known that the queues in Paris are extremely long. So I booked a ticket online, marked the areas that were important to me on the information sheet, and took my practical iPhone cell phone chain and went into the huge area. It is fascinating: the architecture of the museum with the glass pyramid that serves as the entrance, the many statues and of course the impressive works that can be admired here. What amazed me, however, was the "Mona Lisa" with her gentle smile. I imagined her to be much bigger. I was very impressed by "The Wedding at Cana". This masterpiece depicts 130 people and each of these figures is unique in its own right.

Enjoy like God in France

The extensive cultural program gave me a real appetite. After intensive research and subsequent reservation, I decided on the extravagant "La Fidélité". I dressed up and went to the bistro. It is just a few steps away from the Gare de l'Est. From the outside, the restaurant beckons with its green and pink neon lights. I was overwhelmed by the interior of the "Fidélité": breathtaking chandeliers, decorated columns, a piano under palm trees and an Art Nouveau staircase that leads to the upper room, which can be rented for private purposes. Everything seems so warm and cozy.
The "Fidélité" offers an irresistible selection of dishes and drinks. I opted for the "Gatsby" cocktail and the risotto. A real treat! The highlight, however, was the dessert: a chocolate cake made from tonka beans that made you forget everything else. I felt like God in France!

With MRSÉY in the shopping paradise

My hunger has been satisfied, my cultural education has been expanded and now I have reserved the last day for shopping. As a fashion maker, Paris is home to an enormous number of renowned boutiques.
In the heart of the hip Rue Montorgueil district, Kiliwatch is a local temple for all vintage fashion fans. Here you can find charming and affordable designer pieces, especially during sales. I like the mix of new and old and the variety. If you are a bookworm like me and are interested in fashion, then you will find a nice selection of books about fashion and art here. Used and new accessories, shoes, various types of tea and much more.
My next stop is "MERCI" in the famous trendy district of "Le Marais". A designer fashion store that covers three floors and offers everything from beauty to fashion to household items. I could spend the whole day here! Especially because of the great book café. Taking a break after shopping with a delicious cappuccino and a book in hand - what more could you want?
The last stop is Balmain. Just take a look at where stars get dressed. The store is located near the famous Champs Élysées and is known for its extravagant fashion.

Saying goodbye is difficult

To round off the great day, I go to Notre-Dame and find a Lebanese restaurant nearby. With the view of the cathedral, I treat myself to various Lebanese delicacies. I drink a glass of red wine and am just happy. A nice lady at the next table keeps looking at me and finally asks where I got this great Cell phone chain Since the material of the iPhone Mobile phone chain vegan leather I am proud to present my stylish companion to her. The lady is impressed. And so am I. By Paris, its people, the culture, the fashion and the delicious food.

I would like to share an insider tip with you: Do you want a great photo with the Eiffel Tower in the background? Then you should go to Avenue "de Camoëns". It is located in the 16th arrondissement and is surrounded by stylish Parisian apartments.

Paris has a lot to offer. These were just a few of my tips and impressions of the French fashion capital. I hope you enjoyed it and that I was able to give you a little insight into the city of love.
