General information
For all deliveries and services our general terms and conditions apply. When you have finally sent an order, it is binding.
All offered articles are basically immediately available, otherwise the article will be removed or marked accordingly.
Our customer service works exclusively by e-mail in German and English language.
Delivery
Delivery is free of charge in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein with B Mail. Deliveries to Europe are not free of charge and are sent by B Mail. Any customs duties must be paid by the buyer. Deliveries to European countries can take up to 15 days.
Prices
All prices are in Euro (€).
Terms of payment
The payments are processed via secure (https) encryption. All major credit cards are accepted as means of payment.
Purchase on account (POWERPAY)
Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice you can easily pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY in addition to our terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
French: Achat sur facture avec option de paiement partiel (POWERPAY) MF Group / POWERPAY propose à titre de prestataire de paiement indépendant le type de paiement "Paiement sur facture". La facture de l'ordre vous permet tout simplement de régler votre achat en ligne par facture. If you renoncez to a paiement dans les délais impartis, vous obtiendrez à titre rétroactif le mois suivant une facture mensuelle avec un aperçu de la commande. A la conclusion du contrat d'achat, POWERPAY prend en charge la créance sur facture et se charge du traitement des modalités de paiement. Italian: Pagamento contro fattura con opzione di pagamento rateale (POWERPAY) MF Group/POWERPAY, in veste di fornitore di servizi esterno, offre la modalità di pagamento "contro fattura". La fattura ordine consente di pagare in modo semplice l'acquisto online contro fattura. Qualora non effettuiate un pagamento nell'intervallo di tempo dato, nel mese successivo riceverete a posteriori una fattura mensile con il riepilogo dell'ordine. Alla stipula del contratto di acquisto, POWERPAY si fa carico del credito da fattura generato e avvia le modalità di pagamento corrispondenti. Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option 'Pay by invoice'. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview. When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. Product range
All information about the goods which the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and price quotation are reserved.
Right of return
We grant a right of return within a period of 14 days. The goods must not show signs of use or damage. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Complaints
Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to us in writing without delay, at the latest 10 days from the date of invoice.
Guarantee
We provide a lifetime guarantee on our articles, provided that they have not been damaged by force or normal wear and tear. There must be a clear production fault.
Important: Please keep the invoice. Without a proof of purchase you cannot make any warranty claims.
Liability
The customer assumes liability for returns. We are not liable for any damage to property or personal injury caused by the use of our goods or information. The use of all articles is at the risk of the customer. LUVIYO GmbH does not accept any liability for careless use or consequential damage.
Compensation
Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to delayed or omitted delivery are strictly excluded. The colour of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product colour.

Severability clause
If provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provisions by a legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision.
Changes in these terms and conditions are possible at any time. The status at that time shall apply to each order.
Swiss law applies exclusively, place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
